Before proceeding with this step, please make sure your WhatsApp Official (Coexistence) Plug in is already connected.
1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Broadcast (on the left sidebar).
3. Click the Manage Templates button.
4. Click the + Create New Template button.
5. In Section 1, fill in the following details (kindly follow the Important Guidelines given):
Template Name
Language
Category
6. In Section 2, choose your preferred Header Type:
None
Text
Image
7. In Section 3, write your message body text. You may also add variables to your copywriting.
8. In Section 4, you may add a footer message.
9. In Section 5, you may add interactive buttons:
Call to Action (URL or phone number)
Quick Reply
10. You may preview your message template on the top right section. Once completed, click the Create Template button.
11. Well done! You have successfully created a template.
Once you have created your template, it will submitted for approval by Meta. The approval process may take up to 24 hours.
If your message template is approved, its status will be updated to APPROVED, and you can start using it for blasting or automation purpose.
If your template is rejected, you may edit and resubmit it for approval, or submit an appeal for review.
