Manage AI Scoring

Follow these steps to create and manage AI Scoring rules:

1. Go to Settings at the bottom-left corner.

2. Click Manage AI Scoring.

3. Click + Add New Rule.

4. Configure the AI Scoring rule:

  • Properties

  • Condition

  • Value

  • Add / Subtract

  • Number of Points

  • Client Account

  1. Click Save to save the rule.

  1. Well done! You’ve already added one AI Scoring rule. You can add more AI Scoring rules as needed.
