# How to Add Information in Lead Form

1. Login ke akaun anda melalui [**https://crm.kuasa.io**](https://crm.kuasa.io)**/**.
2. Anda akan nampak paparan dashboard seperti dibawah.
3. Klik dibahagian **Project**.

4\. Klik **All Projects**.

5\. Klik pada nama project anda.

6\. Klik **Lead Booster**.

7\. Anda akan lihat paparan seperti di bawah ini.

8\. Dibahagian Add Column, anda boleh memilih pelbagai pilihan.

9\. Sebagai contoh, anda ingin menambah **Date**. Jadi tekan sahaja **Date** itu. Ia akan keluar paparan seperti ini.

10\. Sila isi maklumat dibahagian **Label** dan tekan **Add Column**.
