# How to Add Specific Tags to A Bulk of Contacts

Sebelum anda boleh mula untuk menambah contact ke dalam Tagging, sila pastikan anda sudah membuat Tagging terlebih dahulu. 1. Login ke akaun anda melalui [**https://crm.kuasa.io/**](https://crm.kuasa.io/).
2. Klik **Manage Contact**.

6\. Jika anda telah mempunyai file CSV untuk dimuat naik, sila klik **Choose File**. Pastikan anda telah mengikut format yang disediakan. Klik pada ayat **\*Click here to download sample CSV file** untuk mendapatkan format CSV yang perlu diikut. Setelah selesai pilih file, klik **Add Now**.

7\. Pastikan CSV anda menggunakan format seperti yang ditunjukkan di bawah. Kesemua column adalah WAJIB diisi. Sebagai contoh, sekiranya pelanggan anda tidak mempunyai email, anda perlu memasukkan 'dummy email'.
